Who we are
Monique Field Property is an independent agency with its office on Harbour Boulevard, a short walk from the Shell Cove marina. We sell homes across Shell Cove and the Shellharbour coast, and further along to Kiama, Berry and Nowra, and we now manage rental properties in the same suburbs.
We've built the agency on personal service, strategic marketing and results our clients talk about. We have a five-star rating on Google, and more than 225 reviews on RateMyAgent, where we're rated 4.9 out of 5.
Being small is the point. When you sell with us, Monique runs your campaign herself. You won't be handed to a junior after the listing is signed, and you'll never have to chase us for an update.
