Living in Yellow Rock Ridge
Yellow Rock Ridge, known until March 2024 as Yellow Rock, is a rural locality on the escarpment south-west of Albion Park, spanning the Shellharbour and Kiama council areas. It takes its name from the yellow sandstone cliffs, and that stone went into many of Albion Park's early public buildings. It began as dairy farming country and is now farms and acreage, with long views from the higher ground.

Selling in Yellow Rock Ridge
Properties on Yellow Rock Ridge are mostly acreage, and value comes from the land and its position: the view, the aspect, the access road, the slope, bushfire planning and the house itself. Because the locality spans two councils, zoning and planning controls depend on which side a property sits. We appraise from comparable rural sales around Albion Park and Jamberoo.
