What to expect
- Inspections. Book a time from the listing, or ask us for a private viewing if the open times don't suit.
- Applying. One application online. You won't be charged for background checks or for preparing the lease.
- Your bond. It's lodged with NSW Fair Trading through Rental Bonds Online, not kept by us, and it comes back to you through them.
- Repairs. Tell us in writing and we'll arrange them. Urgent repairs, like a burst pipe or no hot water, are dealt with straight away.
