What would your home sell for today?
Monique will come and see the home, look at what's sold nearby and what you'd be competing with, and give you a price range with the reasoning behind it. It takes about 45 minutes and there's no obligation.
Thank you.

What happens
The appraisal
A walk through the home
Monique looks at the things buyers pay for: light, layout, condition, outlook and land, and the things they deduct for.
The evidence
Homes like yours that have sold nearby recently, and what's for sale now. You'll see the addresses, the prices and how they compare.
A price range
What we'd expect the home to sell for in today's market, and the reasoning, written down so you can think it over.
What would lift it
The jobs worth doing before you list, and the ones that won't change the price.

Answer a few questions about the home on our property value page and we'll email you an estimate. It's a good starting point; an in-person appraisal is more accurate because it accounts for the things a database can't see.
Questions
About appraisals
Is a market appraisal free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation to sell or to list with us.
Is an appraisal the same as a valuation?
No. A market appraisal is an agent's opinion of what a home would sell for, based on recent sales and current demand. A valuation is a formal report by a registered valuer, usually for a bank, a court or a family settlement.
How accurate are online estimates?
They're a useful starting point, but they can't see your renovation, your outlook or the state of the market this month. An in-person appraisal accounts for all of that.
