Before you ask
Is a rental appraisal the same as a valuation?
No. A rental appraisal is our opinion of the rent the property should achieve in today's market. A valuation is a formal assessment of a property's sale value by a registered valuer, usually for a bank.
Do I have to use you to manage it?
No. The appraisal is free and you're under no obligation. Many landlords use it to check their current rent against the market.
Can you do it if there's a tenant living there?
Yes. We can work from the details and photos you send, or arrange a visit with the tenant at a time that suits them.
