Living in Curramore
Curramore is a rural locality north of Jamberoo, in the Jamberoo Valley towards Stockyard Mountain. Its roads, among them Curramore Road, North Curramore Road and Rutledges Road, run between dairy farms, grazing land and acreage homes in high-rainfall country with views to the escarpment. The old Curramore Estate was cut into lots and auctioned in 1850, and some farms here stayed in the same family for a century or more.

Selling
Selling in Curramore
Properties in Curramore change hands rarely, often only a few in a year, and each is different. Carrying capacity, water, fencing, the condition of the house and sheds, and the views all bear on value, and a working farm sells differently from an acreage home. We appraise from comparable rural sales across the Jamberoo Valley and the wider Kiama district.
